I came to IES Group in 1998 immediately after completing college. I presently lead a team that supports two Service & Solution Divisions, Business Intelligence & Health Care. Among the team's responsibility is to support new product designs, design integration, and overall team support. Every day can present a different challenge and is best approached with a positive attitude. Angeline MacIvor is an 18 year veteran of the software industry, with consistent recognition for outstanding performance in the areas of product management, product marketing and customer experience. Angeline began her career in Nortel's optical division, and has deep industry knowledge regarding software and telecommunications architecture. At IES, Angeline has taken the helm of our Hoopla service, helping large enterprises achieve their transformation goals.

I joined IES Group in 2003; my role is to supervise all activities related to hardware device integration and automation system engineering. One of my most important responsibilities is working with team leaders and analysts to ensure that we are providing customers with seamless integration solutions. Some of my other duties include providing the tools and resources necessary for system development success, developing existing staff, and working on many projects to improve the support that we provide.
